Suddenly, for no reason that I know of, OE will not load on my friends
machine.  Here is the error message:
"Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded."

What does the part on the video card mean when it says, -- Mb.  Does that
mean how much memory it uses to run?  I'm running a Windows ME with 255/256
Mb memory
