I have an Intel Celeron 2Ghz Desktop with 256 MB RAM,

I have a compaq presario with a 2x AGP nVidia Vanta based
card that I am trying to upgrade. I bought a nVida GeForce
FX 5200 PCI card and plugged it in (to one of my scarce
PCI slots, unplugging the AGP).

When starting to execute Partition Magic 8.0 I get the following error
message:  "Init.failed: Error 100    -     Partition table is bad".
What does it mean and how can I fix it?

I cannot run anything in DOS Mode on my PC.
How can I activate it?
Whenever I want to boot with A:\ I am unable to, even though I tried making
Floppy the first boot device in the BIOS.

I had to manually uninstall McAfee Internet Security 6.0 and edited registry
files.  Now my computer wont boot up, Windows ME doesn't load right.  I get
past the prompt for a windows password, but then I get my backgound pattern

I am working on a gal's computer being as she can't get on the net and there
when you start the computer up was a message wanting her log on name and
password.  When I put in her name it would take it but she said she didn't
