Today when I rebooted I got the message "Error loading operating
system. Setup cannot continue." during the reboot. It seems the only
keys that I can use on the keyboard are the Ctrl, Alt, Delete key,
which restarts the reboot, then it stops with the same message again.

I am trying to run ScanDisk and Disk Deframenter on my computer but I keep
get an error message saying other programs are running in the background.  I
have closed all programs by Alt.Control.Del.  Nothing else is running.  I My

If I recall correctly, I have seen admonishments against using TweakUi
to reposition icons on the desktop. Specifically, I think the warning
was not to move the first icon.  I'm curious about this because on my
Win98 desktop the first icon is MY COMPUTER whereas on my WinMe laptop

QUESTION: Is it the monitor or video card or software problem?
My monitor display fades to black occasionally, taking 2 to 3 seconds to
fade out.
Computer still functions, but can't see anything on the display.

My PC did not change the time as it is supposed to. What could be wrong, any

This error is reporting a script problem as nul or not valid. Explorer shows

I am quite regularly getting a vsmon error in comct 32. DLL and Internet
Explorer has caused an unknow error.  
It seems to do this when I am Playing Games on MSN Games.  

I tried to run system restore but there were no check points. Also the

All of a sudden I am getting strange dates in the future in front of some of
my e-mails. Also, my AV says you need to correct the date before getting the
