Lately I have get a popup warning saying I'm about to be redirected to a
non-secure site, Do you want to continue. Where do I shut that thing off?
Even signing into ebay and the zone game rooms. Some of these just started
recently.

Cannot locate file for the volume on the right taskbar.
Look into the control panel and double click it .. nothing happens.
How can I restore this feature?

Microsoft today released two critical updates applicable to those running
Win Me.  These patches can either be downloaded from the Windows Update
site or by using Win Me's Automatic Update mechanism.

I would like to back-up my Favorites in Internet Explorer (version 6) but
don't know its filename and where it is located. Can anyone help?

I can install either Windows 98 -not SE- or Windows Me on a computer
which specs are Intel Celeron 333 Mhz CPU, 128 Mb RAM, 40 Gb HD,
Internet access via cable. Would Win Me eat up too much resources
compared to Windows 98? Currently I'm completing Boinc/seti@home work

When I boot my ME PC, I get the scrolling black screen with the following
message:
Error updating windows files %1 %2

This is a new one,
I'm in Queensland, Australia, so we have patch Wednesday.

Just starting a couple of weeks ago, all my internet temp files appear on my
desktop. Not only that, but they don't go away. I've checked the internet
properties, and they are directed to be in the windows\temp..\... Also I just
installed a newer version of Yahoo Messenger, and ...

Every time I go to system restor there is nothing there to restore.  
It's on. It has the maximum amout allowable of disk space but no
restore points. So what good is it?

Does somebody know if there extist in ME a viewer to show automatically
jpeg-files.
MS has it in other SW versions but i do not find it in ME.
