Dear friends,
I recenlty updated my IE 5.5 with the I E 6.0 SP1 from microsoft website..
Right after this, I started to recieve many "Blue Screen"  Windows
Protection Error, You need to Restart your computer, Syetem halted????

I think my comp is on its last leg.  Often times when I move my mouse a certain way it flakes out. Windows open up all over. Like 'start/programs or whatever is around.  and I have no control of mouse anymore so I have to do a ctrl alt del and shut off.  I never know when this is ...

I went ahead checking for Windows update. It came back with an error saying
encountered an error pointing to a discrepancy in PC time setting. and says
check date and time setting. Error 0X800C0008. My time is correct. My region
is correct. My country is correct. My language is ...

I think this may be related to a Visioneer Scanner that I was trying to get
to work on my daughter's computer with Windows ME.
I don't have a lot of time to work with her computer, but would like to find
a solution.

I am sitting here with a troublesome sound problem.
Motherboard MS-6323 with onboard sound + Windows ME.
I have installed ME, and the Via 4in1 drivers. Finally tried installing the
sound drivers and it is Hell !!!.

My icons on my taskbar, and in my documents folders have become either
blotched and or darkened to black.  Is there a way to fix this and/or
re-establish the icons to their original status

When I try to install Windows Me Upgrade from my CD I get to a 10%
complete of copying files and get the following message.

This issue can be caused by a corrupted .cab file that has been copied

Something is suspiciously up with my computer... many of the files I

Anyone know of any antiviral software that will run on Win9x operating
systems with 128mb RAM and a 500 GHz or less Processor?
Increasing the RAM on these systems is usless because Win9x systems cannot
utilize more than 128 MB.

If it were WinMe, I would install Kerio V2.15.
Can I install Kerio on 98SE? or install something different?

How do I tell IE to automatically use the maximize setting for my browsing.
