I recently purchased an external hard drive for my laptop,
it is a 120GB Samsung 3.5" hard drive, fitted into a IDE
to USB2.0 caddy called i-buddie, now when i installed it
no problem, it's listed in my device profiles as an mass

When trying to access the floppy drive, windows displays
the message that there is do disk present in drive, no
matter what disk is actually in the drive.  Windows sees
the drive, it just won't read from it.

my microsoft installer some how got removed from my pc.
how do i get it back on, ive tried most everything, from
the disk to tring to download from the net? some one
please help

From everything I have read on the Wormblaster it should
not effect Windows Me but my computer keeps freezing and
is automatically rebooting itself.  I have tried
downloading the wormblaster removal tool and another worm

does "windows me" have a partition utility built in or I
have to buy additional software to partition my drive for
multiple operating systems?

Purchased the Microsoft wireless optical desktop kit
today. My question is on installation to my Me system. If
I go to the device manager and delete both my current
mouse and keyboard, shutdown, unplug old and plug in new

I have a problem where sometimes ME will reboot without
warning as if the reset switch had been pressed, sometimes
during startup just after "Boot from ATAPI CDROM" is
shown, sometimes during login and sometimes during normal

My computer gives me a message when I try to access my

Explorer will not close

I have a message stating I am missing a RUNDLL file.  
Winspool Driver was not found.  Also I cannot download any
informatiion.

I need to format my C drive but am not allowed to as
message states windows is using components.  How do I
format my C drive?

I tired several methods to troubleshoot my Windows sutdown
while opening any application or programmes. I re-

My modem starts dialing on it's own without me telling it
to. It is not the virus protection or any other program
dialing it either. It is totally criptic. Any guesses?
