My computer Win Me had 40 GB when I got it but has lost
all but 1.99 of it. Keeps saying I have no room, and need
to remove something to get more. There's hardly anything
on the disk now    

My niece's PC running windows me suddenly doesn't recognize
her cdr. Believing it may be broken I installed  a new
cdrw, still isn't recognized by me.
Doesn't show in device mangager or BIOS, however powers on

Everytime I install hardware through my USB port, I get a
message that the a USB driver can not be found, I retry
searching windows and on the setup disk.  I keep getting
the same message.  I click skip and the message comes up

My cd drive won't read any microsoft discs all of al
sudden. It reads any other disc except microsoft. I have
tried all of my word perfects, picture it , streets and
roads etc. and none of them will pick up. All other discs

I am using Windows ME
I have a second internal hard disk connected as a slave disk
I can only format this disk as a data disk
Is there anyway to format this disk as a system disk
