After re-installing Windows ME, I can no longer download files form one of my bank sites. I have no problem with several others. I am receiving the following error message.

Internet connect dialog box comes up during startup. Even Safe startup. It does not show up in the startup folder or in the System Configuration Startup TAB. If I X out of the dialog box it crashes Explorer.

After doing a System restore on my PC, a complete reload, I cannot browse on the internet. I can connect to my ISP, or so it appears, (and sounds when I pick the phone up). I have checked the DNS settings etc, but can go nowhere.
