Please help!  I am having trouble accessing secured
websites.  I tried to repair IE6 but, it couldn't be
repaired due to the following reasons...
Version 4.0.0.2926 of file DISPEX.DLL exists but the

Sad to say, I installed the updated version of Internet
Explorer yesterday.  My cookies have been disabled for
some unknown reason, and I can't find a way to enable
them.  There is no "Privacy" tab in my internet options

Cannot get IE6 to install.  All componants are downloaded
but a large portion won't install.  Have gone through the
process of cleaning registry, renaming dlls, etc.  Got
rid of anti virus program, etc.  Still won't complete

Some images I receive have a red X in the left corner
instead of an image (photo), These are .jpg images with
HTTP properties. Can I have these images show somehow?
