I am no longer able to access any internet web pages.  
Has anyone had this problem?   Anyone have a solution?

I got a spyware file from an "anti-spyware" program named
Spyban. It is stored in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM and I can't get
rid of it because every time I try to delete, move, or
rename it I can't because "It is being used by Windows."

half of the sites i go to don't work anymore..like
streamload, google, ask,etc...everytime i got to these
sites it says this page cannot display "The page you are

All setting are correct, but can't save user names or
passwords in IE6.  Address bar is only place that data is
saved.  I always receive prompt to save, but nothing
