I used internet connection wizard to connect my slave HD
to my ISP. All the numbers have been checked but it

Does Windows ME have some hardcoded limitation on connection speed. For
example, if I have a 4 Mbs connection and I test it with my service provider
will I only be able to get 1.5Mbs?

Why I everytime start up the Internet Explorer, a series of pornography
website will keep going to be shown on. Even I change the IE property startup
page, I have to kill them all everytime, pretty annoying.
