I keep getting an error when I try to d/l the IE6.0 in WinME.  Error says
"setup is unable to install all the componets, please try again".  I keep
trying and I get the same error.  Is there a way to get around this?

Recently after I have started my pc, many times I am
unable to open a browser window, it gives an error message
and tells me to click enter to return to windows - which i
do but it returns to the message when i try again to open

I am trying to solve a problem in accordance with MSKB article 241344,

Although, using a dial-up connection, the computer concerned (using Windows
