I have cable for internet. Whenever I click on the IE to open up on the bottom says detecting the proxy and takes about a good 30 seconds before it gets me the starting page. This also happens for Outlook Express. Is there anything I can do to remedy this annoying wait time? I ...

A strange one this... I can't get get my wireless internet working on ME. Nothing seems to work, except for Skype, which works fine. Are there any settings I need to change?

I have the same trouble as the other posts regarding Verizon DSL requiring IE6.0. I'll try the fixes, too. The main reason that I want to get the bundled MSN email is that Verizon's is very clunky and I need some parental controls. I've also had trouble using Outlook Express. ...

Having a problem with IE 5.5 usnder WINME. Is there a way to repair IE 5.5 (can't use it to access web pages) ? IE doesn't show up under Add/Remove Programs which I have seen on other machines. System Restore doesn't work on this machine either so that is not an option.
