when trying to print from internet I get an error message saying"iexplore has
caused an error in CJMSPL.DLL iexplore will now close.
If anyone can help I would be very grateful

Outlook Express was coming up wilth a 'Unable to load MSOE.DLL' message, so I
reinstalled ME from wthin Windows, inending to do an U/G to IE6/OE6.
Now I get a Page unavailable message on all websites. I have tried looking
on the Knowledge base wih another PC, but to no avail.

I have an ADSL modem that uses a network card. It is using PPPoE. My Windows
ME detected my network card, but it does not show that I have a modem! What
should I do!!?? SOS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
