My sound sounds distorted and echos when i play in games
like counter-strike and hear music from winamp on my

Ive Windows ME and WMP9 will not play any files at all. I
get an "unknown" error. When i goto 'web help' i
get 'Error#  C00D11CD'...and it says no help available.
I've a restore point at June 30th, but it will now let me

WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD VIDEO FROM THE WEB THE PLAYER COMES
UP AND THE DOWNLOAD STOPS.  THEN WHEN I TRY TO OPEN THE
PLAYER AGAIN IT WILL NOT COME UP. I HAVE TO RESTART MY
COMPUTER BEFORE THE PLAYER WILL POP UP AGAIN.

I reformatted my system today and now my sound is playing
too fast, I don't know if it's in everything, but all my
alert sounds and vocal sounds are sounding like chipmunks.

When attempting to install my iPod, the system hangs up

hi, i recently upgraded to wmp9 from version 7 and when i
try to play audio cds, it skips so badly you cannot use
it. wmp7 ran fine, no problems, but i know from reading

I have an HP Pavillion with Windows ME that came with both
Real Player and Windows Media Player.  I unfortunately
fell into the trap of depending on the Real Player.  Now I
literally have thousands of music files that I can't open
