The icon for the DVD drive is missing under my control
panel.  While I can open the player from desktop, it does

Strange...First of all, when I INSTALL MP71.exe, I get
some screwed up version 9!! and it fails installation.

We had some problems with our PC the other day and had to
have a new fan put in...long story.  Not sure what
happened but I have had to do a lot of fixes to things
like network connections, etc...I have everything back
