Hi, Is Windows M Player 9 compatible with Windows ME.  I
have WMP 7 right now, but it doesn't seem to work.

I am sitting here with a troublesome sound problem.
Motherboard MS-6323 with onboard sound + Windows ME.
I have installed ME, and the Via 4in1 drivers. Finally tried installing the
sound drivers and it is Hell !!!.

When I go to device manager the sound card shows to be
working properly, but I have no sound. The sound quite  
working after I did windows update.I have Windows ME

My apt. lost power while I was online and upon restarting my pc,
my sound no longer worked.  All the device drivers are there and I went thru
the audio troubleshooter with no luck.  I uninstalled and reinstalled the
driver with no luck.

Need to use fix Q290700 before installing
