I cant play some of  the media I get through outlook express.

I am having trouble and have been told to go to the tools menu, hit the
options, and then go to the network tab.  Where in the world is the network
tab? and by options does every one mean Internet options?  Please help.  I
know that there must be an answer.  THanks.

What does this error message mean.  I have been attempting to connect with a
live stream and most of the time I get this message.  I was able to connect
on 2 occassions out of about 50 attempts.

Cannot access the music

When downloading an email that requires media player, I get the error message
80040154. I have tried deleting and redownloading media player, but that
didn't work.  Anyone have a fix for this.
