I want to network my Inspiron 8000 notebook running ME to

I want to get rid of the log-on screen, so when I turn on
the computer it does not prompt me for my password and it
goes directly to the desktop.  Is is possible, please.

I'm trying to use a spare Barricade (SMC7004VBR) Cable/Dsl Router for
segmenting the LAN in substitution of a two NICs WindowsNT server. The
problem is that the barricade does NAT (or actually PAT - port address

My three computers are connected to D-Link DI-624 Router. Two of them
are desktop (Windows XP Pro) and are connected by wire. Another is a
