I am running ME and have a Lexmark Z82 printer. Never had
a problem until I downloaded two recent updates to Office
XP. I downloaded Service Pack 1 (SP1)- file name
Oxpsp1.exe and Service Pack 2 (SP2) - file name
ME printing VERY slowly!25 Nov 2003 03:17 GMT1
Win ME, was OK printing to an old Deskjet 500C.
Now, printing from Windows is excruciatingly slow, e.g. 10
mins to print a b&w test page.  I've removed the driver,
rebooted, reinstalled, replaced the existing driver files
