Computer would not boot up - we rebooted computer with a CD and rehooked up the printer. The printer prints items that are not on the internet, but internet and E Mails I can not print. What have I missed?

I printed out a picture on photo paper and it jammed. I pulled out the paper and it tore off leaving a piece in the printer. How do I get the piece of paper out.

when I type a new Microsoft document the printing is only part of the words with many blank spaces, but if I print an old document it works correctly, and all print test pages are perfect.
