can someone help me I have tried to start me with cd
recovery and start up disk but nothing happens
when I load the start up disk it loads and goes to A:

I am attempting to install a new hard disk in my old
system, and install ME on said disk. However I only have
the recovery CD that came with the packaged system. When

Have 3 computers with win xp, win 98 and win me.
With win xp i was able to implement korean language with
tweaking global/regional setting.
In win 98, i downloaded Global IME 5.02 for korean with

Can Windows Me be set-up in a way that multiple users use
the computer but that only one, the administrator, can
install programs and change the computer settings???

going to use Win ME because XP demands more processing
power than I have available.  The idea is to do an
upgrade, rather than a clean install, and hope that

I am surprised with this interpretation -- why couldn't
oem license be transferred to another computer, if the
oem computer is scrapped?
