ok , heres my problem. i install win98SE , then upgrade to
millenium. i have <unknown> explorer errors. yahoo wont
open. i cant transfer items from my main hdd to secondary

I have 6 Critical Updates & Service Packs and 8 Windows ME
that I need to update.I scanned for updates, accepted
agreement, download completes but never installs no matter
