When I right click on the taskbar and hit Toolbars and
click Quick Launch it tells me it cannot create Toolbar.  
I had a Quick Launch toolbar before.  Why can't I get it
back?

Whenever I click Run from Startup with 'msconfig' in the
box, I receive the following message prior to msconfig
screen:

1.  My computer kept freezing with sign saying 'the system

Rhe error messages are as follows, Explorer has caused an

finally got Scandisk to run ok.  Done.
Now, Disk Defragmenter will not run, even in Safe Mode.
