When opening I get two error messages iedll caused error
in iedll.exe and loader has caused an error in loader.exe
I have tried restarting my computer multiple times with no
effect. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem.

Using Outlook Express 6, Windows Me on laptop with Wordpad
(don't have Microsoft Word).  No problem opening email
attachments except 2 in .doc format.  Receive
message:  "Wordpad has caused an error in MSWRD832.CNV.

Did a add remove uninstall of MSN in the Control Panel and lost all the
other programs in there, is there a way restore or rebuild the apps that

I have a program I was using 'TweakUI' but now when I try to use it a window
pops up saying 'ascess denied by System Administrater'.  My computer is a
home computer and not linked to any other.  I guess I am the Administrater,
