Hi
I have a problem with Disk defragmenter basicly it wont
defrag! also System restore will not let me restore to an
earlier date.

received a really nice computer from a friend of mine. I
took it home and began installing programs I needed and

As the subject suggests I deleted a help file that I
wasn't suppose to and now my cpu will try to load up and
then the horrable blue screen of death pops up and tells
me to make sure I have a certain help file installed.

Everytime I use Windows Explorer, I get this message :
"Explorer has caused an error in SHELL32.DLL. Explorer
will now close.

an error message came up saying Rundll has caused an error
in MMsystem.dll ,Rundll will now close. can you help?

When I shut my computer down I get an error message as
follows, KERNELL 32.DLL ANNCLIST thus message appears and
will not let my computer shut down until I close the
message.  Any suggestions?

After scanning and sending a photo, suddenly I cannot get
around Outlook Espress 5 due to an error message: Msimn
has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL.  Msimn will now close.
Microsoft Support tells me this is not their problem to

My window ME system won't power down when I select shut
down.  It will automactically re-boot the system.
