Well, let's see if this goes to correct place, again:
Where can I find info on the driver ndis.vxd. I have isolated this virtual
driver as the possible cause of my improper power shutdown. Whenever it is

Hi guys, maybe you can help me.
System was working fine.
Installed Studio 8 SE to interface a Gateway Camcorder.  It
didn't work so I removed the software using it's Uninstall

Seemed to notice that system performance has been sluggish.
When I use the features outlined in the startup. I check the programs that I

onto the help button a message pops up and tells me "helpctr cannot be found".

I've tried all the buttons(ie;msconfig; programs/ accessories/ system tools/
system restore; even as far as to enter windows/system/restore and double
click rstrui. I disabled/rebooted,enabled/rebooted, and tried s.r. again.
Same result in all cases; nothing, no display screen, ...

I have been looking into why my hard drive is almost full.  I found the

As of today, my 'Send To' facility seems to have gone a little wacky.
Of the 8 shortcuts listed, only the one that "Send Shortcut To
Desktop" is working; all others have stopped.  I downloaded a supposed
registry patch to fix it, but to no avail.  I've reinstalled two of
