you will be sorely missed.   So rather than leave them until,
perhaps, too late, could you please advise on the following
questions:

ok so one day i woke up and found out that all of my picture files,
music files, and some other downloaded files ALL DISAPPEARED, i know
that i didn't delete anything
(they were all there the day before this)

My Control Panel advises that this unit is installed but
has a problem in that the USB Driver needs to be updated.
My ASUS P4VP-MX mobo has 4 x USB 2.00 ports
