I am encountering a problem: when I want to record the radio with windows
media player, this error message appears.

My DirectX had got damaged and I was unable to run media player.I used to get
the error "Class not registered".
After installing DirectX9.0c I am now ABLE to play MPEG and AVI files on my
Media Player(Ver 8-Windows XP) without any problems.

I am trying to synch up my RIO Karma and it works then
loses connection. I have to start synching again. and
over and over over.
Why does it keep losing connection?

WMP doesn't detect my cd burner and yet it's clearly
listed under the devices tab in the options menu. Would
greatly appreciate help resolving.

I'm trying to burn cd's across networked drives but the
device ( shared network drive ) does not show up in device
list in Media Player

I used to be able to create a CD from WMP9 and it would
play in my CD Deck in my car. Since I upgraded to WMP10
the CD will not play. MY Deck recognizes tracks but will
not play them. The CDs that I made previously work fine.

I am using XP home with Media player 9 (also tried Media
player 10), my device RIO RIOT is not detected as device.
However at the same time real player detects this as
device and also enables file transfer etc..

i know that i had it before , but were it went i dont know! its a dvd rom.
yet it says cd rom, but i dont think that makes a differance. oh were, oh

It says "Cannot play back the audio stream: no audio hardware is available,
or the hardware is not responding. (Error=80040256)". I don't think theres a
problem with the media player i think something just happened to my speakers.
