okay, so i have officially done everything on this board.  I have opened the
ports in my firewall, i have changed all the security stuff in my router, i
have WMC 2.0, i restarted my windows firewall, and i even took my firewall
and router security right off but it still didn't ...

Whenever I run it, it comes up with Windows Media Connect could not be
started, It might no be installed properly.  But then It will let me
mess with the folders to share & what not. Then under settings when I
try to start sharing my folders it says "Folder Sharing Could not be

I can't get the Media Connect <-> Xbox 360 to work.
My setup is as follows:
Xbox 360 - network cable - ADSL router
PC WinXP Pro SP2 - network cable - ADSL router

Just so i dont miss out on any advantages i want to be certain i fully
understand why it is smart of me to use my Xbox as an Extender.

I've setup WMC and all appears to be working correctly on the PC side, but
I've been unable to get my 360 to find it.  All my PCs on the network are on
a work domain, and I'm guessing this might be the cause of my pain - since I
obviously can't log onto the domain with my 360.  ...
