I have tried to share files off my networked Win2K drive (per instructions listed in another post) to no avail. I have WMC working on my other XP PC just fine and am able to see both Pictures and Music. Do all computers, whether networked or not, have to be XP?

While trying to install Media Connect I get the following message in a dialogue box: To continue, you must install the .NET Framework. Select Finish to exit. It appears not to have installed. What does this mean?

My PC is plugged with ethernet cable to a DLink DSL-G604T (latest firware), and my xbox360 is connected wireless to the same router (with the official wireless adapter). First I could'nt make the connection between WMC and the xbox360.

I had the whole thing up and running for a month with no problems.. However WMC stopped turning on, and wouldn't start back up. So I reinstalled WMC 2.0 and had no luck. So Then I chose to remove the 360 from the list of selectable devices and reinstall again. This worked. ...

WMC 2.0 takes about 15 minutes to complete the search, and start file sharing (700mhz PIII-640mb RAM). Then it only finds about 2200 of the 6000+ MP3s, and some of the pictures folders are not listed. I am also having a problem with NIS 2005. It has to be disabled for the Xbox
