I just recently transported a computer from my mother's house to my
apartment, and now there's no sound whatsoever coming from the computer. I
used to use this same computer a lot to listen to cd's and whatever when my

I have a problem with the activation of Media Connect in WMP 11.
I upgraded from 'WMP 10 on WMP 11 (German version) and want to stream music
files to the Philips Streamium SLA5520. The Philips software does not work
with DRM protected files, so I am supposed to get WMP work. But ...

My WMP11 wont let me play dvds because it says I dont have the necessary
driver installed, and when I play them on the power dvd installed on my
computer they sound scratchy!!
Why is this?

OK, I'm tearing my hair out. Something very weird just started happening to
WMP 11 for me, as of yesterday. My library & monitored folders list are now
suddenly empty, and I cannot use media sharing without crashing.

I have a successful connection between my Xbox 360 and PC via WMC 2.0, tested
by putting a few folders of MP3s in the default "My Music" folder and some
photos in the "My Pictures" folder. I can stream media from those shared
folder locations to my Xbox 360 without a problem.

i use a Zen Touch (latest FW) since WMP10.
After installing wmp11 final, wmp does not recognize the player anymore. If
i plug in the player to usb, wmp11 shows on the lower right side the internal
name "myzentouch" for a short time, but nothing else happens.
