I am attempting to use the media server included in Windows Vista (formerly
Windows Media Connect?) with both my DSM-320 and D2730.  It is working quite

When burning CDs on Media Player, about half of the songs display error. I
trashed them, imported them again, tried to burn, got same results. On these
trys, the CD tray would not eject. I used the paper clip to open or restarted
the computer.

The subject is Windows Media Connect – and I am sure Microsoft is tired of
hearing about the complaints and feels they have a great solution but please
hear me out.

I have an Aspire 3618, and recently I have been having some problems since
upgrading to Win XP Pro (system came with Win XP Home).  After the fresh
install, I proceed to installing all the other drivers and apps from the
System cd that came with the system.
