HELP!!! keep I getting( windows media player unknown error) message when transferring media library to a cd has anybody got any ideas?

error message C00D000F while using Windows Media Player

Estoy tratando de abrir un archivo mpeg en windows media 6.4 y me sale  "class not registered" (error 8004054), favor indicarme si debo bajar algun decodec y donde o si se resuelve el problema de otra manera
