I have a Toshiba DVD player under Windows 2000. All updates from
Windows Update are installed. As soundcard I use a Soundblaster Audigy
LS. I can play music CDs and all system sounds without a problem. Some
of my DVDs play with sound others do not.

When I try to watch downloaded video windows media player
buffers ( I have buffer set to max time ) then plays few
seconds,stops buffers again for few seconds plays,stops
back and forth. Why is this happening?

I keep getting the following message; An error occurred while playing the file. (Error=80070001) when I try to play certain video clips!!! How does one change or save the Video Clip on a CD to a different file type(Extension).
