How come Mediaplayer won't download to my Smartphone a

I reinstalled media player and current direct x again.  I'm not sure what did it but the AVI's are again playing.  This is what was said in another group.  Media Player and Direct X has adware and if anyone used a adware remover software, like I did, it would have removed files ...

Help! I get as far as downloading Windows Media Player, but that's it. It comes up with a screen that says that set-up failed and it didn't install Windows Media Player. Then it tells me to try the set-up again.

i get an error code "C00D11B8" when trying to play some radio stations.
anyone have an idea about what this is and how to get around it? it really is bumming me out that i can't listen to
phantom fm (dublin radio station...check it out if you can!)

Hi, I have been getting error: C00D1197 when I try to play music videos or listen to streaming media (I think?) like at http://digitallyimported.com.  And I cannot open the "Network" tab on Windows Media Player > Tools > Options
Any help is MUCH appriciated...Thank you.
