I have to pay $35 for tech. support, in order to figure out how to backup or restore licenses for music I've bought??!! What are they going to tell me that's worth $35, that NOBODY around here has a clue about!!? A lot of people had a problem with this "Parameter is incorrect" ...

Does the player cache lyrics somewhere? I have updated lyrics in mp3 burned cd, and am still getting old lyrics when cd is played. Thanks for any suggestions
