media player error C00D000F

I'm getting this error message "Windows media player error message help" and its giving me an error code 80040265.  Please help

please help!!!I cannot play any clips...keep getting this error C00D0029. does anyone know what seems to be the problem?

Is it possible to configure the media player to
Automatically Mute or otherwise filter out internet radio
commercials?

I can see the video on the laptop screen.  I can see the Windows Media Player window on the projected screen but the video is just black.  I there some setting I am missing?

I have posted this earlier on another day and there was

i have media player 9 and now i cant play radio from my
local stations. the error message says to open the network
tab but i cant open that either. i am running windows 2000
on a pII. it used to work but now i cant play any stations

I get Error ID 0xC00D1199 Cannot play the file Condition ID 0x00000000. I was trying to listen to an archived radio file, with a .ram extension. What do I need to listen to this file?

Help: video thumbnails preview disappear
After installing a few mediaplyers like VLC, the automatic thumbnail preview
of my videos dissappear. I'm not talking simple as changing the settings for
showing thumbnails - they never show again whatever I do.

MY OS is WinXP Pro SP1. I have WMP v9.00.00.3075 installed. When I am online
and right click any file to check its properties Explorer (not I.E.) calls
out to crl.verisign.com. The problem started after installing critical
update 828026. I verified this by uninstalling the update ...

My speakers went out on me for some reason....they turn on, theyre connected, the light even comes on but no sound at all...every time i try play the media player it says "cannot play file" if this is a soundcard problem then what do i do?
