everytime i try to copy a cd from music that i have in my media library, i keep getting an error code cood11ab, please help

what does error code C00D11C0 mean?  how do i correct problem?

If i will play the cd, this error is displayed (error - 80040265). It says cannot play back the file. the format is not supported.
