I have look and tryed to fix but no sucsess i turned of   exploer media player as suggested then downlowded some codecs

Since a week now, i am unable to play wmv files directly
from the internet. When i try it just crashes.
If i download them first, then i have no problems playing

I'm try to watch streaming videos that opens in the
browser (ie), but it does not play. It also doesn't give
