a week ago, my computer was fine, it downloaded like a champ, now the past few days its been popping up with a message saying that it cannot download onto a recordable disc... i don't know what i changed to make it do that, but id like some sort of help.... thanx

I have been using wmp9 for a couple years. Yestaeday I updated the driver for my iomega super dvd writer (all format eide/atapi)drive. All of a sudden wmp9 doesn't recognize it as a burner.

How do I correct ERROR MESSAGE C00D11B1 while using Windows Media Player.Iam using WMP 9 SERIES Windows X I manged to copy old home video from my VCR to my PC using Media Centre to record then using Windows Media Player 9 Series to burn to CD I get the error mesage.

I tried to reinstall the drivers as you said... it didn't work. I tried reinstalling the sound card from scratch again... it didn't work. I still have no sound? Any suggestions?

Cannot play back the file. The format is not supported. (Error=80040265) I recorded a video by right clicking on the drive and saying copy as image. After the file was completed I tried to open it in order to copy back to a blank cd. The message up above keeps coming up. can ...

Every time I insert a music CD into the cd rom, WMP automatically opens up and starts to copy all tracks from the CD to my hard drive. How can I turn this off. I have done the following - but does not work:
