it displays this when i try to play music and/or whatch a video: Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error. I think it is also stopping me from being able to listen to my kazaa too.

It wont let me play certain music or watch music videos. And it's maybe messing up my kazaa

when i try to play music media player it wont play reading "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there may be a problem with your sound or video device. Try installing a new device driver."  when i go to more info it gives me error id  Error ID = 0xC00D11D1, ...

I CANT PLAY A MOVIE IN MY MEDIA PLAYER, IS IT SOME KIND OF PROGRAMS I MUST DOWNLOAD BEFORE PLAYING A MOVIE IN MEDIA PLAYER?
