it displays this when i try to play music and/or whatch a video: Windows Media Player encountered an unknown error. I think it is also stopping me from being able to listen to my kazaa too.

I downloaded 6 songs; the first one only plays 33 seconds and stops, goes to the next one and only plays 2 of the three minutes of that song; the next three play just fine all the way through, and the last one only plays a few seconds and quits.  What happened?  Where did I go ...

While I want to play a video from my harddisc windows media player misses a codec. It says it is downloading the one but finally there is "error while downloading a codec"
The video is a .AVI -file and I never played an AVI file before. Quicktime is not able to play this file too. ...

Probably have not tried to play an audio cd since I re-
installed Windows 98SE and WMP some time ago as my music
is on the harddrive.  Now when inserting an audio cd into

I get chinese in the media guide.  It used to be in english now its only chinese and i cant for the life of me figure out how to switch it back.  The rest of the media center and my music liberary is in english still..Help please anyone.
