what does this error code mean?  i cannot seem to pay sa windows media download from a web site?

I encountered an error message, "Unspecified XML Parse Error" when I clicked on Switch to Skin Mode on the rightmost bottom part of the Windows Media Player 9 series (v9.00.00.2980)

please help me solve this

it would play downloaded music, and say erorr COODOBC2

what dose it mean when it says reached the end of the file
i was down loading music and when the file finished it said reached end of file and, it keeps saying that when i try to play the song

playlists (.wpl).  They are still in "my playlists"
in "my music" but are now unsupported.  HELP!!
