On Windows Media player 9 the drop down option for copy
to cd or device the drop down meanu does not contain any
cd burn options only supported devices comes down do I
need to down load a plug in please help

I received   error message 800C0008 while using WMP 9 series.  I was downloading an attached file.  IT is not the first time this has happened.  

I get a display that says:  UNKNOWN ERRO
The WMP is Series 9 which I just downloaded and I'm using Windows M
