everytime I try to save a picture...Someone posted a link a while back to the Windows Media site about solving this problem, I believe it's something having do to with having bad "cookies."  Please help & post the link, please..

Error encountered when I clicked on the rightmost button "Switch to skin mode".

My windows media player is suddenly not working.  When I
try to open anything that uses the player, I get the
message, "A required .DLL file, Quartz.DLL was not
found".  I tried to run "Autofix" but that didn't work.  

I downloaded an mp3 alarm clock, and when I start it, it
complains that it cannot find wmp.dll.  I am running NT4.0
and have installed windows media player 6.4 which seems to
be the latest version for NT4., but wmp.dll does not seem

On my web page I have several wma files for people to

Since downloading updates from Web, I have been unable to hear any sounds except the 'bleeps' and 'dings' of the system.  HELP
I've been through device manager & ran diagnostics.  At one point, I was able to hear the test program.  But nothing since then.
