when downloading files i am sometimes getting the error message 'Class factory cannot supply requested class'.   any ideas how this can be rectified ?

I have Windows Media Player 9.  Is there a way to keep it from placing
everything to the "Now Playing" section when I double-click on 1 song.  
When I double-click on 1 song, I only want it to play 1 song.

I see this code error has come up quite often.  Is there anyone out there who knows what to do w/this so the videos will play?  My husband is in Iraq, we started using web cams, are trying to figure out how to use videos . . .  I appreciate any help that can be given.
