Does anyone know how to set up the Media Player so that it comes up on the left side of the screen everytime I click on an internet link (like a sound clip on Amazon.com or on an online talking dictionary)???

I recently intalled XP home and since then media player 9 only plays a portion of the clips. Should I uninstall and reinstall media player 9? I don't have a problem with playing music cd's.

i am getting this message in a lot of different windows. in windows media music, windows media news, and even when I try to get the local forecast. It says that those particular areas will be available between 11a - 2p. What is that all about.
