i don't have sound when i use media player and sometimes the video doesn't work either.  and i get an error message.  i saw the post that said to reinstall the driver for the sound card.  how do i do that?

I'm having the same problem as a lot of people and cannot play mpg and mpeg files in Windows Media Player, however they are playing in Quicktime, so until Microsoft can come up with a fix for this very annoying problem, might as well let Apple help out a bit
