i was trying to download a video clip to my pocket p.c. smartphone witch is running windows mobile 2003 (it's the 02 XDA 2 smartphone) & then i got a message saying (Error ID = 0xC00D1178, Condition ID = 0x00000000).Can someone help me in this situation?

I downloaded windows media player 9 and now it laods up
when my computer starts up. I went into the options but
there is no choice to disable it from starting up on boot
up. Is there a different way?
