My dvd does not work in xp.  I get a message that says to
load the cd, (to extract needed info), I do longer have
the cd.  How can I fix this/ use a different driver that
comes with movie dvd's?

well works reall well for me, got WMV HD working with it. I t also supported my huge media library, took ages to convert though, overall good impression, at least you got rid of this Remote Control look of WMP9, much more elegant now

every time i try to play an .avi file on windows media player, the screen remains black where the picture should be. the task bar moves as if the movie is playing, but no picture is displayed and no sound comes out. i have installed gspot, as well as the correct codec (dx50) ...
